Worksite Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months
Hours: 7:00am-6:00 pm | Monday – Wednesday & Saturday

What you’ll do as the Service Desk Representative:

Act as the first point of contact for internal technical support via phone, chat, email, and remote assistance
Diagnose and resolve end-user issues using technical skills, historical records, and knowledgebase tools
Perform issue analysis and triage, gathering data and escalating to Tier 2 support teams when necessary
Fulfill Service Requests in line with company guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Communicate effectively with a diverse range of employees to provide clear, timely support
Document issues, troubleshooting efforts, and resolutions for future reference and auditing purposes
Collaborate with internal Technology teams to resolve technical problems and enhance the overall employee technology experience
Adhere to security protocols to protect company systems, data, and networks

What you’ll bring to the Service Desk Representative role:

Strong technical experience, with a proven track record of supporting end-user issues
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs

Knowledge of troubleshooting fundamentals
Experience with current Windows Operating Systems and built-in applications
Knowledge of iOS mobile devices and applications troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and networking protocols (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including identity and access management
Knowledge of conferencing audio/visual solutions and VOIP technologies
