- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Owatonna, MN
What you will do as the ServiceNow ITOM Consultant:
- Advance service mapping in the ServiceNow ITOM Visibility project
- Improve ServiceNow horizontal discovery and top-down mapping
- Develop discovery patterns within the ServiceNow environment
- Provide guidance and best practices based on experience and expertise
What you will bring to the ServiceNow ITOM Consultant role:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data centers and infrastructure/networking
- Proficiency in low-code development within the ServiceNow tool
- Strong understanding of data centers and infrastructure/networking
- Highly collaborative and communicative
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment of high transparency and accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals
