Our client, a leading U.S. omnichannel retailer known for its large digital footprint and highly engaged customer base, is seeking a Site Merchandising Analyst to support ongoing digital growth initiatives. This role sits within a dynamic digital strategy organization and will focus on enhancing category-level site experiences across web and mobile app channels.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-centric, and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment where digital innovation and continuous optimization are core to success.

Job Description
As a Site Merchandising Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability and overall onsite performance. You will analyze digital metrics, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities to elevate the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute site merchandising strategies that increase product findability, discoverability, and conversion.
Analyze performance data—including traffic, engagement, conversion, and financial KPIs—to produce actionable insights.
Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, and Analytics teams to support category goals and strategic initiatives.
Translate business objectives into impactful onsite experiences and traffic-driving tactics.
Identify opportunities for testing, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in e-commerce, including Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or similar disciplines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and digital performance metrics.
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer experience enhancement.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within large enterprise retail environments.
Familiarity with site analytics tools, CMS platforms, and A/B testing methodologies.
Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional digital initiatives.
