Site Training Coordinator

- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Philadelphia, PA
What you’ll do as a Site Training Coordinator:
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking training facilities/rooms, and catering arrangements
- Communicate training calendar, requirements, and expectations to leadership and learners in a clear and timely manner
- Maintain training records, including completion forms, evaluations, and feedback, using appropriate tracking systems or software.Â
- Support trainers during training sessions by providing administrative assistance, materials preparation, and technical support as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.Â
- Monitor effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metricsÂ
- Current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to training and development.Â
What you’ll bring to the Site Training Coordinator role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, PDFs, and Excel
- Experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment Â
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
