As the Software Load Administrator Associate, you will be responsible for following the work instructions to select the appropriate settings and load the software on the tablet devices. You will also record the serial numbers of the devices in Excel, transfer the completed devices to our NetSuite system, and re-box the devices for shipping. You will work in a station that allows you to stand or sit, but it is not a desk job.

- Contract Duration: 7 months
- Worksite Location:Â Minnetonka, MN
- Schedule:Â Tuesday - Thursday, 8 hours per day
As the Software Load Administrator Associate, you will be responsible for following the work instructions to select the appropriate settings and load the software on the tablet devices. You will also record the serial numbers of the devices in Excel, transfer the completed devices to our NetSuite system, and re-box the devices for shipping. You will work in a station that allows you to stand or sit, but it is not a desk job.
What you’ll do as the Software Load Administrator Associate:
- Follow the work instructions to select the correct settings and load the software on the tablet devices using a computer
- Record the serial numbers of the devices in Excel and transfer the completed devices to NetSuite
- Re-box the devices and bring them to shipping using pallet jacks
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the software loading process and report any issues or errors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Basic computer literacy, including email and Excel skills
- Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to details, and work efficiently
- No higher education or deep knowledge of network devices
- Ability to lift and move boxes of devices using pallet jacks
