- Worksite Location:Â Houston, TXÂ
- Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, W2
- Contract Duration: 3 months, potential for extensions
The main function of a Sourcer is to source applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. The Sourcer is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.
What you’ll do as a Sourcer:
- Source candidates for high volume hourly production positions in rural communities, additional support for salaried positions
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
- 2+ years of professional experience in sourcing for hourly production employees
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Previous experience with computer applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems
