Worksite Location: Flemington, NJ
Contract Duration: 9 months

What you'll do as a Sourcing Associate:

Procure raw materials and manage vendor deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and proactively address supply chain issues
Communicate with cross-functional teams on backorders, OTIF, and inventory matters
Reconcile purchase orders and invoices to eliminate discrepancies
Support supplier management, contract administration, and negotiations
Assist with supplier risk assessments and cost-reduction efforts
Ensure compliance with internal procure-to-pay processes and SOX controls
Maintain procurement systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, GPS) and generate reports
Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and cost analysis for supplier evaluations
Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams.

What you’ll bring to the Sourcing Associate role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (6 years in procurement)
2-3+ years of procurement experience
Strong knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
