- Worksite Location: Onsite in White Bear Lake office
- Salary: $95,000-$105,000 per year
- Prepare departmental budgets and monitor to ensure operations are purchasing within budget
- Coordinate monthly closing procedures
- Direct determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets
- Arrange for audits of company’s accounts, then record and prepare reports based on audits
- Maintain all equipment leasing documents and handle lease paperwork
- Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings bast on past, present, and expected operations
- Oversee accounting functions for taxes, 401(K), cash management, lock box, payables, receivables, capital equipment, and general ledger
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5-10+ years of experience in account
- 2-4+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
