- Worksite Location: St. Louis Park, MN (onsite, open to discussing a Hybrid schedule)
- Direct Hire or Contract to Hire
- Compensation: $75-95k
- Prepare and post journal entries for daily and month-end accounting activities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliations
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
- Assist with annual audits and provide necessary documentation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- NetSuite experience is Required, Strong Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
