The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing the supply chain flow for assigned product lines, ensuring customer requirements are attained. This position is responsible for production planning, scheduling, raw material and MRO procurement, and working closely with production, logistic, and internal and external suppliers.

- Contract Duration: 12-Months
- Worksite Location: Hybrid - 4 days onsite in Charlotte, NC office

What you will do as a Supply Chain Analyst:
- Monitor work center output to meet customer requirements and improve work center operational efficiency
- Manage purchase orders and support supplier management program
- Coordinate and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Optimize planning parameters (safety stock, EOQ, Lead Time, etc.)
- Communicate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Management, and Logistic teams on supply chain-related topics
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred
