Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN
Onsite during training, hybrid 1 day per week
Hourly Rate: $26-28/hr W2

What you'll do as a Supply Chain Analyst:

Monitor the systems by use of an alert monitor and provide orders to manufacturing plants to production plan a finished good
Utilize the tools in SAP (ERP system) and legacy system tools, this planner will follow all Global Financial Standards and system credibility to uphold transactional data accuracy
Data input into various planning systems including Inventory Accounting, Purchase Order submission, ship notification completion, scheduling transportation and monitoring the receipt into the distribution center
Maintain the safety stock levels at the distribution center according to parameter management
Assist in support and/or mitigation strategies needed for proper execution
Maintain communication of status updates of product movement
Plan and execute supply chain functions for Purchased Finished Goods and subcontracting

What you’ll bring to the Supply Chain Analyst role:

High School Diploma/GED
1 year of Supply Planning, Sourcing, Transportation, Buyer, or Intercompany, Customer Service
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning
Excellent communication written and verbal communication
Strong system application proficiencies including Office 365, advanced Excel, SAP ERP
Meticulous data accuracy to comply with SOX compliance and Global Financial Standards
