About the Role
Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation, is seeking an SPC Supply Chain Analyst to support critical operations within a fast-paced production and supply chain environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives on improving processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient material flow across manufacturing and distribution networks.
This is a fully onsite position working first shift hours, offering the opportunity to directly impact operational performance and supply chain reliability.
Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in supporting supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes. This individual will analyze data, support system-driven processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth production flow and accurate planning.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Analyze supply chain data to support production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations
  • Assist with procurement and materials planning to ensure timely availability of resources
  • Support manufacturing execution and planning systems to maintain accurate production workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and customer service
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system updates within SAP or similar platforms

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, production, or customer service environment (private, public, government, or military)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with procurement systems, manufacturing execution systems, and/or planning systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
