- Worksite Location: Fairmont, MN
- Compensation: $90,000 base salary with a potential 20% bonus
- Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security configurations
- Oversee and optimize Office 365 applications, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity
- Provide support for email, SharePoint, and other Office 365 services
- Implement and manage security measures, including conditional access, password policies, and Azure security features
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, working to enhance the overall security posture
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as switches and routers
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement improvements to the network infrastructure
- Proven experience in managing Windows server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong knowledge of security practices, including conditional access, password policies, and Azure security
- Experience with network infrastructure, including switches, and routers
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus
