- Contract Duration: 6Â months
- Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN – 100% remote
- Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various positions within the company, including but not limited to software engineers, AI, cyber security, cloud security engineers, data scientists, system administrators, and IT professionals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, and market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting process and strategies
- Drive operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment
- 3+ years of technical recruiting for Corporate, Agency, and/or RPO recruitment experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting preferred
- Experience using Workday for recruiting
- Knowledge and understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices, and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and Affirmative Action Experience
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
