- Worksite Location: Hopkins, MN
- Supervise Staff Accountants and Project Accountants including answering their technical questions and quality control of their work product
- Support assigned small business clients
- Prepare business and personal income tax returns
- Provide proactive and meaningful communication to clients
- Answer basic tax and accounting questions relevant to small businesses
- Monitor and communicate clients’ personal tax obligations
- Ensure that fees are properly determined, billed, and collected
- Strong tax knowledge and experience
- General accounting knowledge
- Experience with individual/1040 and business returns
- Ability to do public accounting and tax prep
