- Contract Duration: 12-months
- Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Technical Help Desk Contractor:
- Handle incoming support calls and emails from the Pest Field team, providing troubleshooting assistance for both software and hardware technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to field operations
- Accurately document support incidents and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticket tracking system to ensure proper follow-up and reporting
What you'll bring to the Technical Help Desk Contractor role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering timely, professional support
- Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting, particularly in a Help Desk environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking abilities to quickly assess issues and determine the best course of action
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism
