- Contract Duration: 3-months
- Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Technical Help Desk Contractor:
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies using various digital tools and platforms, including Excel, SQL, AS400 iBMI Mainframe, Bell Sensing App Portal, and Ecolab Web Admin Portal
- Collaborate with the Pest Field team to troubleshoot and address equipment setup issues, ensuring seamless operations
- Log, track, and manage support incidents efficiently within the ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
What you'll bring to the Technical Helpdesk Contractor role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data handling and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing effective solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio 20 for database management and troubleshooting is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with AS400/IBMi Mainframe systems
