- Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN - onsiteÂ
- Salary Range: $45,000 -50,000
- Must have: 2+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite
What you’ll do as the Technical Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer:
- Execute technical marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine sales tools that effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of products
- Collaborate with IT teams to efficiently maintain, update, and store collateral
- Define and communicate the technical value proposition of products to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure technical content is accurate, engaging, and readily available for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and production of specification master sheets and product documentation
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies for better performance
- Coordinate with IT to implement integration solutions or middleware to facilitate smooth data flow and communication between disparate tools
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to implement enhancements and improvements
What you’ll bring to the Technical Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer role:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience; B2B lighting or related industry knowledge a plus
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- InDesign Master Pages and Book Files a HUGE plus
- Photography experience using Sony and Canon cameras
- Understanding of web-based tools and technology (PHP, HTML, and SQL)
- O.B.S. Software experience
- Office365: Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint experience·
- Video editing and coloring with Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills
