- Contract Length: 3-months
- Worksite Location: On-site in Pelican Rapids, MN
- Work Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday – Friday
- Hourly Rate: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on skills & experience
What you’ll do as the Executive Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendaring, scheduling, and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and correspondence.
- Manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite proficiently.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and organization in all tasks.
What you’ll bring to the Executive Assistant role:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
