Temporary Insurance Specialty Recruiter

- Compensation: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
- Contract Duration: 3-months
- Work Location: Remote
What you will do as an Insurance Specialty Recruiter:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements for various insurance positions
- Utilize a range of sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top insurance talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offers
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Meet or exceed hiring targets and timelines within the 3-month period
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline
What you will bring to the Insurance Specialty Recruiter role:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on the insurance industry
- Proven ability to recruit across various insurance specialties (claims, underwriting, actuarial, risk management, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, tools, and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring teams
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently, while maintaining a collaborative and proactive approach within the team
