We are hiring on behalf of a leading U.S.-based retail and consumer goods company known for innovation in food product development. This role supports their dynamic Test Kitchen environment, where culinary creativity meets scientific precision. If you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on settings and enjoy supporting behind-the-scenes operations, this could be the perfect fit.
Job Description
As a Coordinator in the Test Kitchen, you will play a key role in maintaining the daily flow of operations. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and cataloging deliveries, organizing supplies, and ensuring the space remains clean, orderly, and ready for use by culinary and food science teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in retail or store operations—especially those accustomed to overnight or off-shift work—who is now seeking a consistent daytime schedule (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
You’ll also have the chance to support product evaluations and recipe testing, working alongside scientists and technical experts in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

- Experience in a retail, store, or warehouse environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Strong organizational skills; able to track and manage multiple shipments daily
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Positive, can-do attitude with a service-first mindset
- Previous experience supporting food service, culinary, or lab environments
- Familiarity with inventory systems or shipment tracking tools
- Interest in food science or culinary innovation
