  • Worksite Location: Blaine, MN

What you’ll do as the Total Rewards Manager:
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and address any payroll-related inquiries from employees
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements
  • Update and maintain payroll systems and software, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Facilitate negotiations with external vendors, brokers, and consultants in collaboration with the HR Leadership team to monitor service levels and resolve benefit-related issues
  • Manage the open enrollment process, including communication, employee education, and management of the enrollment system
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, laws, and compliance requirements related to employee benefits, ensuring adherence to all legal obligations
  • Review and recommend enhancements to existing benefit plans to ensure competitive offerings and alignment with industry trends
  • Administer the company's 401K plan, including all testing and reporting requirements

What you’ll bring to the Total Rewards Manager role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years in total rewards management, specifically in benefits administration and payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of benefits plans, retirement programs
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and payroll software systems
  • Knowledge of compensation strategies, market analysis, and job evaluation methodologies
