The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day treasury and risk management-related functions of the Company. Treasury responsibilities include facilitating bank activities, cash management, supply chain financing, and treasury reporting. Risk Management responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization and implementing risk mitigation and/or risk transfer strategies that complement the risk profile of the Company.

- Worksite Location: Blaine, MN
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day treasury and risk management-related functions of the Company. Treasury responsibilities include facilitating bank activities, cash management, supply chain financing, and treasury reporting. Risk Management responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization and implementing risk mitigation and/or risk transfer strategies that complement the risk profile of the Company.
What you’ll do as a Treasury Analyst:
- Facilitate bank activities (wires, transfers, etc.)
- Responsible for reporting the daily/weekly/monthly cash position
- Support accounting (including month-end and audit support), tax, financial planning, and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
- Optimize working capital through tracking and reporting on metrics/key performance indicators
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting as it relates to cash, collections, and accounts receivable
- Gather company data and update quarterly for corporate insurance renewals
- Manage and report all insurance claims including coordination of quarterly claims review
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices
- Support Finance and Accounting on financing projects
- Facilitate and coordinate risk mitigation projects
- Maintain and update corporate signer changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field of study
- 1-2+ years working in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Process-oriented with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions
