About the Role
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to support a large, enterprise-level retail organization known for delivering innovative, customer- and employee-focused digital solutions. This role is best suited for a highly execution-focused designer who thrives in complex environments and can independently produce high-quality design work while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. You will contribute to improving internal tools and workflows that enable business operations at scale, with opportunities to participate in research and discovery efforts.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite per week, with the remaining days remote.
Job Description
In this role, you will design intuitive, efficient user experiences for enterprise tools that support complex workflows and internal users. You will translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable interfaces, partnering closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise applications, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs
  • Translate product requirements and business needs into intuitive user flows and interface designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on requirements, technical constraints, and implementation
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and technical considerations
  • Develop prototypes to communicate interaction patterns and design concepts
  • Improve usability across workflows, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and consistency
  • Participate in user research activities such as usability testing and interviews, applying insights to design decisions
  • Leverage and contribute to existing design systems and shared UI components

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of UX design experience on cross-functional product teams
  • Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise tools (e.g., multi-step processes, role-based experiences, data-heavy interfaces)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, prototyping, and collaboration workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into effective design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver production-ready designs
  • Exposure to user research methods, including usability testing or interviews, and applying insights to design improvements
  • Portfolio showcasing:
    • Clear problem-solving approach
    • End-to-end feature design work
    • Experience working within complex applications
  • Core technical skills:
    • Interaction Design
    • Prototyping
    • User Research
    • Visual Design
    • Workshop Facilitation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to service design methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprinting)
  • Experience contributing to or working within a design system
  • Experience designing for Android platforms, including familiarity with Material Design
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
