Worksite Location: Saint Cloud, MN

What you’ll do as the Vice President of Operations:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects align with company goals and client expectations
Lead the operations team to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality results
Establish KPIs to measure and improve operational performance
Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance for operational activities
Provide regular reports on financial risks, opportunities, and performance
Oversee multiple industrial construction projects across all phases
Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and industry regulations
Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success
Champion safety culture and adherence to OSHA and other regulations
Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team
Promote employee engagement and professional growth

What you'll bring to the Vice President of Operations Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects, including 5+ years in leadership
Expertise in union and non-union team management
Familiarity with construction software, project management tools, and operational technologies
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills
