  • Worksite Location: Fernley, NV
  • Compensation: $66,000-$75,000 annually

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Oversee daily operations within a global distribution center supporting Parts, Garments, and Accessories
  • Lead department projects and activities to ensure goals are met for safety, quality, and productivity
  • Supervise and support staff while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Analyze and improve department processes, recommending changes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage departmental budgets, including labor, packaging, maintenance, and other related costs
  • Track and report on productivity, quality, and safety performance metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and development of staff; conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate staffing needs in collaboration with Human Resources and staffing agencies
  • Maintain documentation related to HR, payroll, and departmental operations

What you’ll bring to the Warehouse Supervisor role:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in management
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a large-scale automated distribution or manufacturing environment, including budget responsibility
  • Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements supported by data and metrics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex messages to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and experience leading cultural and procedural safety improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving and sustaining results
  • Experience with systems such as AS400, RF/barcoding technology, and automated material handling preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and supervisory skills, with a passion for quality and operational excellence
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate specialized equipment following required training
