Worksite Location: Eagan MN (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Compensation: $45.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Web Content Specialist:

Attend working sessions to identify, plan, prioritize, and analyze needs alongside key stakeholders
Work with UX designers, developers, and digital strategists to execute effective digital experience creation
Use custom layouts and components to create new pages that support website migration objectives
Edit existing content for accuracy, style standards and digital best practices
Follow processes and procedures for publishing and development
Optimize content for search engines
Add tagging to media and document library to empower targeted digital experiences
Test digital experiences and validate content quality and expected behavior
Validate CMS component functionality and report issues

What you’ll bring to the Web Content Specialist role:

1+ years of experience in digital and/or content-related roles (strategist, copywriter, etc.)
Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and/or publishing consumer content for varied forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile)
Demonstrated experience and passion for content strategy and digital landscape
Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends
Experience working with a variety of content management systems (CMS) and workflow tools
Awareness of taxonomy, SEO and metadata best practices and strategy
Results-oriented approach driven by the organization and consumer goals
