<strong>About the Role</strong><br>
We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our clientâs residential property management team. Our client operates a portfolio of well-maintained rental communities and is dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for residents. In this role, you will support leasing operations across multiple locations, ensuring prospective residents receive high-quality service from first contact through move-in. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment and enjoy contributing to occupancy goals and community success.<br>

<strong>Job Description</strong><br>
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in attracting and onboarding new residents. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, maintain accurate lead and traffic records, and uphold compliance with housing regulations. This role collaborates closely with other leasing professionals and operational teams to meet occupancy expectations across assigned communities.<br>
<br>
&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities include:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Conduct property tours for prospective residents across multiple residential communities
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate documentation of phone, email, and walk-in inquiries using property management software
&#9;<li>Follow up on leads promptly using electronic tracking tools
&#9;<li>Prepare and process rental applications
&#9;<li>Generate and execute leases for qualified applicants
&#9;<li>Manage interest lists and waitlists for assigned locations
&#9;<li>Ensure strict compliance with Federal, State, and local Fair Housing laws
&#9;<li>Provide weekend or holiday coverage as needed
&#9;<li>Offer backup support to other Leasing Department members
&#9;<li>Assist with lease-up activities at newly developed communities
&#9;<li>Perform additional duties as assigned

&#9;<li><strong>Worksite Location:</strong> St. Louis Park, MN (Hybrid)
&#9;<li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $23.00-$31.00 per hour +&nbsp;bonus on loans processed
</ul>
<strong>What youâll do as the Mortgage Processor:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Review all new loan applications within 72 hours of receipt of the file to ensure compliance with all investor agency/federal compliance guidelines
&#9;<li>Update loan files, the mortgage computer system, and the tracking system as information is received; prepare the final loan package for closing and final approval
&#9;<li>Determine information needed from customers to successfully process the loan, obtain credit reports, order appraisals, title binders, surveys, and tax transcripts; mail verification of deposit, verification of employment, and verification of mortgage forms, and update loan files and tracking systems when forms are returned
&#9;<li>Review and analyze credit documents for accuracy and compliance with investor/ agency guides
&#9;<li>Serve as the contact for borrowers, sellers, and agents involved in loan files, notifying and working with them to resolve any problems that may arise
&#9;<li>Submit the loan file directly to the underwriting department without prior review from a supervisor
&#9;<li>Provide calculation of borrowerâs income according to investor/agency guides, including but not limited to borrowers with multiple sources of income
&#9;<li>Follow and monitor the schedule of closing with the title companies
&#9;<li>Prepare loan file for closing, hazard insurance binder, H06 for condominiums and PUDs, and complete TRID checklist
</ul>
<strong>What youâll bring to the Mortgage Processor role:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>3-5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
&#9;<li>Full understanding of FHA/VA, FNMA, FHLMC, FDIC Compliance, ATR/QM, mortgage audit underwriting, appraisal, and investor guidelines
&#9;<li>Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
</ul>
