Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical and production support across new and existing manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include improving work cells, documentation, training materials, and supporting quality and Lean initiatives across the facility.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting engineering and manufacturing projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Communicating project status, risks, and milestones with manufacturing and cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
3â5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations or production environments
Hands-on manufacturing experience with exposure to process improvement or process documentation
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts (formal certification not required)
Experience supporting or improving manufacturing processes, work instructions, or standard work
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Proficiency with common Microsoft applications and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and GD&T
Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes
