Job Description
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration, communication, and maintenance of employee benefit programs. This role serves as a resource for employees regarding benefits enrollment, eligibility, claims, and plan options while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration

Assist with employee enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Maintain accurate employee benefits records within the HRIS system.
Process benefits-related data and support compliance reporting requirements, including ACA reporting.

Employee Support

Respond to employee questions regarding benefit plans, policies, and eligibility requirements.
Assist employees with claims issues, benefit concerns, and plan-related inquiries.
Educate employees on available benefit options to help them make informed decisions.

Vendor Coordination

Serve as a liaison between employees and third-party benefit providers.
Communicate with insurance carriers, retirement plan administrators, and other vendors to resolve issues.
Track and follow up on claims and service-related concerns.

Compliance & Documentation

Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA requirements.
Assist with benefit audits, reporting, documentation, and regulatory filings.
Maintain accurate and confidential benefits records.

Benefits Communication & Training

Assist in developing and distributing open enrollment materials, benefit summaries, and policy updates.
Support benefits education initiatives, employee training sessions, and informational workshops.
Ensure employees receive timely and accurate benefits communications.

Open Enrollment Support

Provide guidance and assistance during annual open enrollment periods.
Help employees complete benefit elections and ensure all required documentation is processed accurately and on time.

Reporting & Administrative Support

Prepare reports related to enrollment activity, benefits utilization, and program costs.
Support leave administration processes, including FMLA and short-term disability tracking.
Perform additional benefits and HR-related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and employee support skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve employee concerns effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.
Knowledge of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration processes.
Understanding of compliance regulations such as HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA, and related employment laws.
Experience working with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, or benefits vendors.

Job Description
The Credit Officer will be responsible for supporting the commercial credit risk management function by evaluating commercial lending opportunities, assessing portfolio risk, and providing independent credit recommendations. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and spread commercial financial statements for existing and prospective borrowers.
Prepare comprehensive written credit analyses for new loans, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews.
Assess borrower financial performance, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
Identify business, industry, and market trends that may impact credit quality and lending decisions.
Provide independent recommendations regarding credit structure, loan feasibility, collateral requirements, repayment terms, and pricing considerations.
Monitor portfolio credit quality and review interim financial reporting to identify potential risk concerns.
Maintain and validate loan risk ratings to ensure accurate reflection of portfolio risk exposure.
Participate in loan committee meetings and support commercial lending teams with credit-related guidance.
Attend client meetings alongside commercial banking officers when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of commercial credit principles, loan structures, and risk assessment methodologies.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Job Description
As the Manufacturing Supply Chain and Forecasting Manager, you will be responsible for developing accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, market insights, and cross-functional business inputs. You will translate demand signals into actionable production and capacity plans, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory and shortages. You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, partnering with key stakeholders to align forecasts with company objectives and customer needs.
In this role, you will focus heavily on continuous improvement â using data to evaluate forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies that strengthen supply chain performance. You will ensure alignment with company goals, maintain readiness through proactive planning, and champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

4-year degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, or an equivalent field
3â5 years of leadership experience
Experience with forecasting, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
Proficiency leveraging ERP/MRP systems and forecasting tools to drive decision-making
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Proven ability to build and lead strong teams
