Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or Finance
15â20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with current or recent experience as a Controller
Multinational accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidations and foreign currency translation
Background working in privately held companies; experience in family-owned businesses is strongly valued
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively outside of large public-company environments
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and global statutory compliance
Experience leading global teams and operating across cultures and regions
Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems
Ability to operate as both a technical accounting leader and strategic business partner

Preferred

Manufacturing industry experience (medical device experience not required)
Prior public accounting or audit experience
Masterâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and complex global operations

Compensation: $23.00-$31.00 per hour + bonus on loans processed

What youâll do as the Mortgage Processor:

Review all new loan applications within 72 hours of receipt of the file to ensure compliance with all investor agency/federal compliance guidelines
Update loan files, the mortgage computer system, and the tracking system as information is received; prepare the final loan package for closing and final approval
Determine information needed from customers to successfully process the loan, obtain credit reports, order appraisals, title binders, surveys, and tax transcripts; mail verification of deposit, verification of employment, and verification of mortgage forms, and update loan files and tracking systems when forms are returned
Review and analyze credit documents for accuracy and compliance with investor/ agency guides
Serve as the contact for borrowers, sellers, and agents involved in loan files, notifying and working with them to resolve any problems that may arise
Submit the loan file directly to the underwriting department without prior review from a supervisor
Provide calculation of borrowerâs income according to investor/agency guides, including but not limited to borrowers with multiple sources of income
Follow and monitor the schedule of closing with the title companies
Prepare loan file for closing, hazard insurance binder, H06 for condominiums and PUDs, and complete TRID checklist

What youâll bring to the Mortgage Processor role:

3-5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
Full understanding of FHA/VA, FNMA, FHLMC, FDIC Compliance, ATR/QM, mortgage audit underwriting, appraisal, and investor guidelines
Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans

Job Description
The PowerBI Logistics Analyst will support and execute transportation optimization initiatives by analyzing shipment- and order-level data, developing scalable reporting tools, and partnering with operational and commercial teams to implement process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
Logistics Analytics & Reporting

Analyze global order and shipment data using Power BI and advanced reporting tools to identify utilization gaps, consolidation opportunities, and cost-saving levers across ocean freight transactions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPI scorecards, prioritization tools, and operational reporting to support decision-making.
Quantify and track financial benefits related to load factor improvement, consolidation savings, and other optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance teams.
Translate complex operational and financial data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Transportation & Supply Chain Operations

Lead and support initiatives to improve vehicle and container utilization, targeting optimal load factors across customer and internal shipments.
Support optimization of minimum order quantities (MOQs), palletization standards, and shipment frequency to improve network efficiency and service consistency.
Contribute to global ocean freight optimization, including full container load (FCL) utilization, consolidation strategies, and shipping cadence improvements.
Partner with distribution centers, manufacturing sites, consolidation points, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure execution feasibility and operational alignment.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Execute structured project plans across multiple workstreams, managing scope, milestones, risks, and communication plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, transportation, planning, customer engagement, packaging, IT/data teams, and external partners.
Engage directly with stakeholders to review data insights, align on process changes, and support implementation.
Prepare and deliver progress updates, performance summaries, and recommendations for operational and leadership forums.
Contribute to governance models, standardized playbooks, and operating procedures to enable scalable execution.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in logistics, transportation, or end-to-end supply chain operations, with exposure to shipment optimization, consolidation, or utilization improvement.
