&#9;<li>Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and initiate collection activities as needed.
&#9;<li>Prepare, track, and process lien waivers.
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate billing documentation and supporting records.
&#9;<li>Track payment status and monitor pay-when-paid requirements.
&#9;<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, billing issues, and payment status.

<strong>Contract Administration</strong>

&#9;<li>Review and maintain contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related project documentation.
&#9;<li>Ensure contract requirements and supporting documentation are completed and maintained accurately.

The role supports both personal and commercial P and C lines and involves renewals, new business preparation, marketing to carriers, and the full lifecycle of policy management. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and confident working directly with clients and carriers.

In this role, you will provide support to a Senior Sales Producer while managing existing clients. You will assist with both personal and commercial lines, ensuring high quality service, retention, and growth opportunities. You will manage the complete lifecycle of policies including quoting, binding, renewing, processing changes, and ensuring accuracy of all updates.
