&#9;<li>Event Management: Organize staff meetings, professional development, and internal/external events; manage calendars and travel arrangements.
&#9;<li>Data & Reporting: Oversee databases, generate reports, support compliance, and maintain online presence.
&#9;<li>Technology & Tools: MS Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, Canva, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Zoom, Teams, Google Drive, Aprocot database.

<strong>Qualifications</strong><br>
<strong>Required</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience.
&#9;<li>6+ years in office administration with increasing responsibility.
&#9;<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, videoconferencing, and database management.
&#9;<li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
&#9;<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
&#9;<li>Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
&#9;<li>Available for some evenings/weekends; must pass background check.
</ul>
<strong>Preferred</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience advocating for racial equity and inclusion.
&#9;<li>Knowledge of systemic racism and public systems.
&#9;<li>Fluency in Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or other languages.
</ul>
