About the Role

<br>Our firm is working with an&nbsp;&nbsp;organization that is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Regional Compliance Manager to oversee affordable housing compliance operations across an assigned portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance with federal, state, and lender requirements across multiple funding programs while supporting and holding site teams accountable. The Regional Compliance Manager works closely with Regional Managers, Operations leadership, and on-site teams to maintain audit-ready compliance standards and consistent operational excellence.<br> 

Job Description

<br>The Regional Compliance Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all compliance-related activities within an assigned region. This includes file oversight, audit preparation, staff training, reporting, and HUD program administration. Key responsibilities include:<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with LURA agreements, regulatory agreements, loan documents, and all applicable federal, state, and local housing programs
&#9;<li>Oversee the review and approval of all resident files, including move-ins, annual recertifications, and interim certifications
&#9;<li>Ensure all files are complete, accurate, fully documented, and compliant with financing and program requirements
&#9;<li>Enforce timely correction of file deficiencies and track resolution and follow-up
&#9;<li>Conduct monthly random file audits across properties, including HUD Project-Based Section 8, HOME, Bonds, MARIF, Tax Credit, and state or lender-funded programs
&#9;<li>Review and approve reasonable accommodation and modification requests in accordance with applicable regulations
</ul>

Staff Oversight & Accountability

<ul>
&#9;<li>Partner with Regional Managers to support compliance staff through training, guidance, and clear communication of expectations
&#9;<li>Provide technical interpretation of complex compliance requirements
&#9;<li>Establish and enforce standards for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of compliance work
&#9;<li>Escalate performance concerns and ensure follow-through on corrective actions
</ul>

Audits, Reporting & Systems Management

<ul>
&#9;<li>Lead preparation for management reviews, agency audits, and regulatory inspections to ensure audit-ready files at all times
&#9;<li>Prepare, review, and submit all required monthly and annual compliance reports by established deadlines
&#9;<li>Oversee compliance ticket management, ensuring prompt and thorough responses
&#9;<li>Track outstanding compliance issues and ensure timely resolution
</ul>

HUD & Program Administration

<ul>
&#9;<li>Oversee all HUD and Public Housing compliance functions, including:

&#9;<ul>
&#9;&#9;<li>Monthly EIV reporting and discrepancy resolution
&#9;&#9;<li>Review and approval of repayment agreements
&#9;&#9;<li>Submission of monthly TRACS vouchers, PIC reporting, and vacancy claims
&#9;&#9;<li>Monitoring and submission of rent increase requests and utility allowance analyses
&#9;&#9;<li>Ensure all recertifications are completed on time with zero late submissions
&#9;</ul>

</ul>

Operational Coordination

<ul>
&#9;<li>Coordinate with Regional Managers, site teams, and maintenance staff to ensure inspections and documentation are completed accurately and on time
&#9;<li>Conduct monthly on-site visits (more frequently as needed) to support compliance efforts and address deficiencies
&#9;<li>Perform comprehensive on-site compliance audits at least twice per year for all affordable properties
&#9;<li>Support lease-ups, acquisitions, and rehabilitation projects to ensure compliance is implemented from the outset
&#9;<li>Attend meetings as requested to report on compliance performance, risks, and property-specific concerns
</ul>

Training & Communication

<ul>
&#9;<li>Maintain current knowledge of all applicable affordable housing regulations
&#9;<li>Attend required trainings and proactively monitor regulatory changes
&#9;<li>Communicate regulatory updates clearly to site staff
&#9;<li>Provide ongoing training to ensure consistent understanding and adherence to compliance standards
&#9;<li>Perform additional duties as assigned
</ul>

Qualifications

Required

<ul>
&#9;<li>Minimum 5 years of affordable housing compliance experience
&#9;<li>Strong knowledge of subsidy programs and Fair Housing regulations
&#9;<li>Proven ability to manage complex compliance requirements across multiple properties
&#9;<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
&#9;<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
&#9;<li>Willingness to travel regionally and work additional hours as needed

&#9;<li>Manage and support system upgrades, new product implementations, and scalable processes in partnership with internal teams.
&#9;<li>Serve as project representative to test, train, and validate new products and services, including collaboration with Fiserv on spec changes.
&#9;<li>Verify data before and after bank-initiated projects and support merger-related tasks as assigned.
&#9;<li>Act as a liaison between Deposit Operations and other internal departments by participating in meetings, providing guidance, and evaluating risk relative to controls.
&#9;<li>Contribute to corporate goals by ensuring procedures align with policies, completing ongoing risk assessments, managing controls, and meeting financial performance targets.
&#9;<li>Validate invoices and reconcile against pricing contracts.
&#9;<li>Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels within the department.
&#9;<li>Maintain integrity of deposit-related data, participate in IT Steering Committee activities, approve system changes, and ensure appropriate user access controls.
&#9;<li>Support fraud event administration by providing deposit operations expertise for both prevention and response.

&#9;<li>Escalate complex resident concerns, lease violations, or property issues to the Regional Manager in a timely manner.
&#9;<li>Provide routine updates on leasing activity, resident engagement, and outstanding issues.
&#9;<li>Coordinate with service providers to ensure consistent communication related to lease violations, late notices, and property-related concerns prior to resident notification.
&#9;<li>Maintain compliance with affordable housing program requirements, including HUD and IRS regulations.

<br>The <strong>Plan Build & Benefit Configuration Manager</strong> will lead a remote team responsible for designing, building, and configuring benefit plan adjudication rules. This working manager role combines team leadership (approximately 60%) with direct, hands-on plan build responsibilities (approximately 40%). &#9;<li>Experience with commercial health plan design
&#9;<li>1â2 years of third-party administrator (TPA) experience

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a specialized contractor in the power generation and industrial electrical sector. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility, and largely on-site role involving approximately 75% travel. This position includes extensive travel, on-site management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout each project phase.<br>
